You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from TuqueTCG at any time.
What Data We Delete
When you request data deletion, we will remove your account and all associated personal information, including your name, email, shipping address, phone number, and profile data. Your listings will be removed and any active orders will need to be completed or cancelled first.
How to Request Deletion
To request the deletion of your data, please send an email to support@tuquetcg.ca with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
Data Retention
After deletion, we may retain certain anonymized transaction records as required for legal and accounting purposes. These records will not contain any personally identifiable information.
