Our Rating System

After every completed order, buyers rate sellers on four categories:

  • Condition accuracy
  • Shipping speed
  • Communication
  • Packaging

As you complete more orders with good ratings, you earn a seller tier:

  • Newdefault for all new sellers
  • Trustedearned through consistent positive reviews
  • Experta strong track record of successful trades
  • Legendthe highest tier, reserved for top sellers

Your tier badge is visible on your profile and next to your name on every listing.

Facebook Seller Verification

You can verify your identity by linking your Facebook reference post:

  1. In your profile settings, add your Facebook reference/review post URL
  2. Click "Generate Verification Code" to receive a code (format: TUQUE-XXXX, valid 7 days)
  3. Send a direct message from your Facebook account to the official TuqueTCG Facebook page with that exact code
  4. TuqueTCG confirms your identity and matches your account with your Facebook profile
  5. Once verified, a blue "Facebook References Verified" badge appears on your public profile, linking directly to your reference post

This proves you own the Facebook account you trade from. Buyers can click the badge to check your Facebook trading history and references.

Safe Trading Tips

  • Use tracked shipping — keep your tracking number as proof of delivery
  • Keep proof of payment — save your e-transfer confirmation
  • Communicate on TuqueTCG — message history is preserved and available if a dispute arises
  • Check seller reputation — review ratings, tier badge, and Facebook verification before buying
  • Start small — consider smaller initial purchases from unfamiliar sellers

What We Provide

TuqueTCG is a peer-to-peer marketplace. Here's what that means for you:

We provide:

  • Rating system with 4-category reviews
  • Seller tier badges (New → Trusted → Expert → Legend)
  • Facebook seller verification
  • Preserved message history between buyers and sellers
  • Dispute reporting and investigation

We don't provide:

  • Escrow or payment holding
  • Payment protection or automatic refunds
  • Guaranteed delivery

Direct e-transfer between players means zero commission fees. But as with any peer-to-peer transaction, buyers should exercise caution — check ratings, start small, and use tracked shipping.

Reporting & Disputes

To report a user, use the report function on their profile or from within an order.

TuqueTCG investigates all reports. Users found to be non-compliant are banned from the platform.
